Welcome to Mavira. By placing an order on our website (www.mavira.pt), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

    1. About Us

    Mavira is a Portugal-based independent fashion brand. All products are handmade or created in limited quantities with care and attention to detail.

    2. Orders & Payments

    • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

    • We accept the following payment methods: MBWay, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, and other options available at checkout.

    • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT when applicable.

    3. Shipping

    • We currently ship within Portugal and internationally.

    • Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout:

      • CTT Standard Mail – €3.50 (delivery in 3–5 business days after dispatch).

      • CTT Express – €5.90 (delivery in 1–2 business days after dispatch).

      • Free Shipping on orders over €100.

      • Studio Pickup – Free: Orders can be collected at our atelier in Setúbal. An email will be sent to arrange pickup.

    • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

    4. Returns & Exchanges

    • You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the items are received and inspected.

    • Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns.

    5. Liability

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

    • Once the package has been dispatched and a tracking number provided (when available), responsibility passes to the carrier.

    6. Privacy & Cookies

    Your personal data will only be used to process your order and improve your shopping experience. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

    7. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law and applicable European Union regulations.
